We’ve wanted to make this puzzle since the beginning of Board & Measure. We wanted to draw our own ASL hands, and we wanted to make something kids could keep using as they grew. We kept working on it because it never felt quite ready to release—until now.
We pictured a child starting with the puzzle on the floor or at a table, finding where each hand-shaped piece belongs. Then, once they’re up on their own two feet, the play can move with them. With the magnet option, those same pieces can go onto a magnetic surface for a new way to explore the alphabet.
That’s the puzzle we set out to make: one that can move from the floor to the tabletop and beyond.
Size: 12″ × 18″
Puzzle: $65
Magnet option: Available as an add-on
